Refunds

Affiliate Crusher Refunds Policy 

 

Digital Downloads or Memberships Access to Digital Content:


Given the nature of digital content, a refund or credit on a purchase is no longer available once an item has been accessed or downloaded except for where a refund is required under the Australian consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us first to discuss your reasons for the request.


We will assess refund or credit requests (if you have an account) on their merits, considering the digital nature of our marketplace items and the type of item preview that was available before purchase. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:


1. you have changed your mind about an item;


2. you bought an item by mistake;


3. you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;


4. you ask for goodwill; or


5. you can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise you to download items as soon as you buy them to avoid this situation).


If we decide to issue a refund or credit this will be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. So, if the item was purchased using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse.


Coaching Or Mentorship Services:


Refunds or credits for Coaching and or Mentorship programs must be made within seven (7) days from the time of purchase and or before the commencement of any Coaching or Mentoring session.


Once the 7 day period expires no refund or credit is available.


If you fail to attend all of the Coaching or Mentoring sessions no refund is available.


There is no guarantee that any session/s you may miss will be available to watch at a later date.


You understand and agree that Affiliates Crusher may in of its own discretion provide a refund if it chooses, but is under no moral or legal obligation to do so.


Currency Conversion Costs:


Any payment made to us or you will be made in US Dollars, under the rules of the payment method (see Currency Conversion Costs about currency conversion back to your local currency).


You are responsible for all costs of currency conversion relating to a transaction on Affiliate Crusher. Your financial institution does the currency conversion and may charge you additional fees (we don’t control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees).


It is important that you understand how refunds work on Affiliate Crusher.


Disputes lodged with payment agents: If, as a buyer via your account, you lodge a dispute with a payment agent, this will result in a freezing of your Affiliates Crusher account until the dispute raised with the payment agent has been cancelled. This makes it overly complex to resolve any related issues and means we cannot make payments or issue refunds out of your account, so we encourage buyers to contact us directly first to see if we can help resolve any concerns.


Fine Print:


We are not a bank or licensed deposit taker in Australia or elsewhere, your credits are not deposits under Australian law about banks, and that means you don’t get the benefit of any deposit insurance or guarantee under those laws. We do not act as a fiduciary or as a trustee for you, and we’re not a licensed financial service provider.
